Fueled by our employees’ enthusiasm for learning, our CEO C.B. Kuzlik made it his mission to create and develop a comprehensive employee training program at Let’s Pave.
Working with executive leadership and Human Resources, C.B. established “Let’s Learn”—ongoing training & development for employees, driven by employees. The goal is to expand access to learning opportunities and skills development, while empowering employees to become proficient in knowledge sharing and thought leadership.
Three training modules are offered each quarter: Industry Knowledge, Process Effectiveness, and Leadership Impact. Each module has multiple courses taught by employees with expertise in the subject matter.
Material focuses on topics such as product knowledge, mastering communication, successful negotiation, conflict resolution, software training, and more. Training is hands-on and includes skill-building exercises through teamwork, as well as interactive group discussion.
Employees are required to take at least two courses each quarter in the module of his or her choice, which equates to a minimum of 10 hours of training per quarter.
