Mike Askren joined Let’s Pave as our Vice President of National Accounts in March. His extensive experience, track record in rapid growth, and strategic approach to national account management is a tremendous asset to our company.
Prior to Let’s Pave, Mike held the position of Vice President for the California Region at TK Elevator, demonstrating outstanding leadership and achieving remarkable growth and safety records. He also had an impactful tenure at KONE Inc.
Mike is now guiding our national accounts to new heights — creating even more value for our customers and partners.
Joe Buvel joined Let’s Pave as our Chief Financial Officer in April. He has an impressive track record of more than 20 years in financial and operational management, mergers and acquisitions, and leadership in high-paced, quality-focused environments.
Prior to Let’s Pave, Joe served as Chief Financial Officer at Fortis Fire & Safety Inc., MSI Express Inc., and Cozzini Bros, Inc. where he led financial teams, optimized systems and processes, and contributed to substantial revenue and EBITDA growth.
Joe’s decisive leadership, ability to motivate teams, and strategic thinking makes him a key asset to our company.
