Let’s Pave is pleased to announce the promotion of Mike Rosen to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer.
Mike Rosen has been a partner of Let’s Pave since launch and has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and success. As the President and Chief Operating Officer, he has been involved with and responsible for each function at the company. Mike has been instrumental in execution, driving innovation, and growth. In addition to his role at Let’s Pave, Mike oversees Let’s Roof, a division of Let’s Pave that provides commercial roofing services.
Under Mike’s leadership, Let’s Pave has implemented numerous strategic initiatives to serve the needs of our stakeholders, improve the quality of services, and drive growth. Mike has been instrumental in Bulletproof Asphalt™ (i.e. aramid fiber), which has led to improved pavement performance and reduced maintenance costs for customers. He has also overseen the development of innovative pavement and roof preservation solutions, which have propelled Let’s Pave and Let’s Roof to the forefront of the industry.
As CEO, Mike will continue to lead Let’s Pave’s strategic initiatives, strengthen customer relationships, and drive innovation in the pavement industry. “I am honored, grateful, and excited to assume the role of CEO,” said Rosen. “I look forward to continuing to work with our talented team to drive growth, improve operational efficiencies, and provide our customers with the highest level of service.”
CB Kuzlik, founder of Let’s Pave, expressed his confidence in Mike’s ability to lead the company. “Mike has been my right-hand and an integral part of our team from day one, and has demonstrated strong leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering exceptional, world-class customer service. It will be exciting to see the company further thrive under his leadership.” He continued, “I will still be involved in the business as an investor and board member; however, my daily focus will shift to developing and strengthening relationships with our customers.”
