Your paving contractor can patch your parking lot. But, Let’s Pave can fill in the holes you can’t always see. When you partner with us, we can help you understand your parking lot inventory, buy materials and services better, help you find the right contractors, and execute jobs more effectively.
We assess your regional or national portfolio of properties. Using our proprietary mapping and rating system, we capture and photograph all areas of repairs, assign each repair a priority code, and can even rank all properties within a portfolio. This enables you to make well-informed decisions on how best to use existing budget dollars.
Material specification is dependent on several factors including pavement condition, climate, and location. By partnering with local contractors around the country, we have key insight into which materials are best suited for each market. We can write the specifications, build the scope, and source the right manufacturers and products for your portfolio.
Armed with a comprehensive assessment, material specifications, and scope, we can then sit down with you to develop the budget. Typically the budget will span 2 to 3 years and will include the amount of linear feet or square feet for each service, along with estimated unit costing.
We have over 200 dedicated service partners that are pre-qualified to meet our standards and certified in the application methods of our product manufacturers. We will obtain 2 to 3 bids from partners that are closest in proximity to your job site(s). Bids will be based on the specifications and scope that we put together.
Once the bids are in, we’ll dig in and analyze using an apples-to-apples comparison method. We’ll also negotiate on your behalf taking all factors into consideration including proximity to job, cost-effective pricing, grouping of jobs, and specialization. This ensures you are getting the best contractor for the job, every time.
Make sure you fill in the hole with project management, a critical element to any paving project. Our experienced project managers go on site to coordinate all aspects of the job, serving as liaison between contractor and the site manager. We facilitate pre-job meetings to review details such as temporary parking, lighting, sprinklers, signage, permits, and traffic control as well as post-job inspections.
Of course, we also supervise while the job is in progress to verify the contractor is performing according to scope and specifications while delivering on his or her promise.
