C.B. Kuzlik Founder & CEO
C.B. has over 25 years of experience building relationships and improving best practices in the exterior services industry. Prior to founding Let’s Pave and its commercial roofing division, Let’s Roof, C.B. served as partner of a large national paving contractor. While there, he developed and led their national business model and created custom programs for numerous Fortune 500 companies. He then spent two years managing national accounts, creating custom specifications, and developing national programs for the world’s largest building and material supplier.
C.B.’s passion, energy, and enthusiasm are all infused into Let’s Pave and Let’s Roof; through these businesses, he and his team are disrupting the status quo and providing a better way to manage commercial paving and roofing assets nationwide.
Joe Buvel Chief Financial Officer
Joe Buvel Chief Financial Officer
Joe brings decades of financial and operational experience to our team. He is passionate about building teams, systems, processes, and procedures to enable companies to efficiently and economically operate and scale. Joe’s career is marked by substantial growth and efficiency improvements within high-caliber environments. Specializing in increased profitability, M&A, systems enhancement, and strategic foresight, Joe has been a driving force behind significant revenue and EBITDA growth, particularly noted during his time at Fortis Fire & Safety Inc., MSI Express Inc., and Cozzini Bros, Inc.
He holds an Accounting degree from Fairfield University, finished his Masters in Accounting course work at the University of New Haven, and passed the Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) exam. Joe’s confident and decisive leadership style, coupled with his talent for connecting and motivating teams, and strategic thinking positions him as a key asset to our executive team.
Joe and his wife have 3 adult children, a son and twin girls, and 2 grandkids, ages 8 and 4 years old. Joe played football in college and semi-pro, has coached numerous sport teams, is an active chess player, and enjoys playing in Texas Hold ’em tournaments.

Charlene brings more than 15 years of experience in facility management and national operations leadership to the Let’s Pave team. Throughout her career, she has led multi-site service organizations, managed portfolios exceeding $90 million, and built high-performing national teams. Her expertise spans P&L management, strategic planning, KPI development, vendor optimization, organizational restructuring, and M&A integration. Charlene has driven measurable improvements in operating income, retained multimillion-dollar client contracts, and developed systems that create consistency, accountability, and sustainable growth.
Charlene is known for turning complexity into clarity, creating structure where it is needed, and empowering teams to perform at their best. Her collaborative, people-first leadership style, combined with a data-driven approach to decision-making, enables her to align teams, improve efficiency, and build momentum across the organization.
Dennis Kuhn Vice President of Growth & Strategy
Dennis Kuhn Vice President of Growth & Strategy
A trusted resource and partner in exterior services, Dennis truly enjoys resolving customers’ problems with creative and useful solutions. At Let’s Pave & Let’s Roof, he builds relationships, drives growth, and helps the business deliver and exceed expectations. Prior to joining Let’s Pave, Dennis worked in Sales at the country’s largest commercial roofing contractor. He was one of the top salesmen in a 70 branch, $860+ million-dollar company. Dennis lives in Orlando and is married with two children.
