Recently, Let’s Pave welcomed four new employees. We are pleased to introduce them to you:
Dino Distasio, National Project Manager, has 10 years of experience in sales and account management. He spent part of his career in retail and, most recently, transitioned into manufacturing where he managed accounts for a global company specializing in metal technologies and solutions. His experience building relationships, networking, and servicing large accounts is essential to his new role at Let’s Pave overseeing the organization, scheduling, and implementation of high-profile projects. Dino earned a BA in communication, advertising, and public relations from Governors State University. In his spare time, he enjoys working out and playing golf.
Becky McPhee, Controller and CPA, has more than 24 years of accounting experience. She started her career in the audit division of a large regional public accounting firm before transitioning to controller and accounting director positions at Wyndham Worldwide and VacayHome Connect. Becky brings expertise in financial leadership, business process improvement, and new system implementation. She earned a BS in Accounting from University of Arkansas. When she is not busy crunching numbers, Becky enjoys snow skiing, water skiing, tennis, and watching her two boys play ice hockey. Additionally, she volunteers on the PTA and assists the finance committee at church.
Jordan Rochwick, Director of National Accounts, has over 15 years of experience working with national accounts in the commercial multi-site facilities space, most recently concentrating in HVAC contract services programs. She has been successful in developing sales operations strategies and objectives to drive tremendous frontline growth. At Let’s Pave, Jordan continues to optimize the client experience by providing the critical link between targeted growth and delivery excellence. In her free time, she enjoys running outdoors, traveling to far-away places, and room-temperature yoga. Jordan earned her BA in International Business and Marketing from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
