C.B. Kuzlik Founder & Chairman of the Board
C.B. has over 25 years of experience building relationships and improving best practices in the exterior services industry. Prior to founding Let’s Pave and its commercial roofing division, Let’s Roof, C.B. served as partner of a large national paving contractor. While there, he developed and led their national business model and created custom programs for numerous Fortune 500 companies. He then spent two years managing national accounts, creating custom specifications, and developing national programs for the world’s largest building and material supplier.
C.B.’s passion, energy, and enthusiasm are all infused into Let’s Pave and Let’s Roof; through these businesses, he and his team are disrupting the status quo and providing a better way to manage commercial paving and roofing assets nationwide.

Mike Rosen is deeply committed to improving customer experiences, a mission he pursues by emphasizing exceptional customer service, adept problem-solving, and swift delivery. Throughout his career, Mike has been privileged to work alongside some remarkable teams, with the pinnacle of this collaboration being his current role here and his team. Mike brings his wealth of experience to support and provide each department and teammate with the resources that they need to be successful! He has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Furman University and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, underlining his solid foundation in leadership, strategic management, and passion for continuous learning and improvement. Mike resides in the suburbs of Chicago with his wife Danielle and their three children.

Michael Zator Partner
Michael has over 20 years of retail experience with concentration in corporate finance and facilities management. He is an expert in Budget/P&L Management, Financial Modeling and Analysis, and Operational Strategy. Prior to joining Let’s Pave, he served as Director of Facilities for Aaron’s where he managed maintenance and energy management for nearly 1,500 stores, 20 distribution centers, and three home office buildings. He also worked for The Home Depot managing parking lot maintenance, painting, signage, and all common-area maintenance for approximately 2,000 stores. He earned a BS in Accounting from University of Central Florida.

Joe brings decades of financial and operational experience to our team. He is passionate about building teams, systems, processes, and procedures to enable companies to efficiently and economically operate and scale. Joe’s career is marked by substantial growth and efficiency improvements within high-caliber environments. Specializing in increased profitability, M&A, systems enhancement, and strategic foresight, Joe has been a driving force behind significant revenue and EBITDA growth, particularly noted during his time at Fortis Fire & Safety Inc., MSI Express Inc., and Cozzini Bros, Inc.
He holds an Accounting degree from Fairfield University, finished his Masters in Accounting course work at the University of New Haven, and passed the Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) exam. Joe’s confident and decisive leadership style, coupled with his talent for connecting and motivating teams, and strategic thinking positions him as a key asset to our executive team.
Joe and his wife have 3 adult children, a son and twin girls, and 2 grandkids, ages 8 and 4 years old. Joe played football in college and semi-pro, has coached numerous sport teams, is an active chess player, and enjoys playing in Texas Hold ’em tournaments.

Chris Walsh VP Sales & Marketing
Chris has decades of sales and marketing experience in a variety of industries including commercial construction, maintenance management services, and hospitality. He brings a consistent track record of profitable YOY sales growth by creating highly effective cross-functional sales teams that drive maximized national and regional top-line revenues and successful customer retention.
At Let’s Pave, Chris leverages this experience to guide overall business strategy as well as directly oversee the company’s complete sales and marketing mix, including sales process and talent acquisition, business development, as well as the implementation of all enterprise-wide sales capture tools.
Chris earned a BA from the University of Iowa and an MS degree in Marketing from Roosevelt University. While at Iowa, he competed on the track and cross-country team. Today, he and his family still attend most Hawkeye home football games. He is also certified in vintage watch repair and a member of the NAWCC (National Association of Watch & Clock Collectors).

Holding an MBA from the University of Illinois and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Mike melds academic rigor with tangible leadership skills. His passion for continuous improvement and collaboration are just a few of the qualities that make him an inspiring figure. Mike and his wife have four children and live in Frankfort, Illinois.

Tracie is an Executive member and supporter of our Vibe, Women’s Empowerment Group. Tracie is experienced, focused on continual improvement, and a highly organized Human Resources leader with a PHR certification and a broad HR landscape including involvement in the recruitment and selection process, employee relations, management coaching and partnership, and various other HR projects. She is a true partner with all levels of the organization and drives tremendous value to the organization. Tracie is a graduate of Illinois State and lives with her family, including her beautiful daughter in the western Chicago suburbs.

Dennis Kuhn Divisional VP, Let’s Roof
Dennis is a leader with over two decades of directing highly effective teams in the commercial roofing space. He prides himself on partnering with others to uncover needs and solve complex problems while being easy to work with. Over the years, he has helped clients in multiple industries create and manage maintenance programs, capital projects, and due diligence processes for their facilities.
Currently, Dennis supports all departments of Let’s Roof––including sales, operations, and sourcing to ensure the best customer experience while meeting stake holder’s needs.
He earned his degree from the University of Phoenix and holds multiple awards for mentorship, growth, and development in the commercial roofing industry. Dennis lives with his family in Orlando, FL.
