Since opening our doors, our business has grown year-over-year at a rapid rate. A large part of our success is because of our tremendous employee talent. Hiring the very best people in paving and related industries is a responsibility we take very seriously. And, as part of the process, we are proud to recruit and hire veterans.

Let’s Pave recently welcomed four new employees, one of whom was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army in December. We are pleased to introduce them to you:

Ridge Higgins, National Project Manager, has over 10 years of leadership and management experience, most recently in the United States Army. For the past seven years, he served as an infantryman where he was involved in multiple combat operations.
