Let’s Pave recently welcomed four new employees, one of whom was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army in December. We are pleased to introduce them to you:
Ridge Higgins, National Project Manager, has over 10 years of leadership and management experience, most recently in the United States Army. For the past seven years, he served as an infantryman where he was involved in multiple combat operations. During his time in the Army, he held several leadership positions and was responsible for managing and training personnel. Prior to enlisting, Ridge spent three years as a metal fabricator fitting and welding projects to tight specifications. Currently at Let’s Pave, he oversees the organization, scheduling, and implementation of high-profile projects to ensure on-time completion within budget.
Dana Blando, Administrative Assistant, has a strong background in the legal field. Prior to joining Let’s Pave, she served as a legal assistant providing support to attorneys in tort law and bankruptcy law. She leverages her client management skills and attention to detail in her new position assisting sales and project management. Among her various duties, Dana is responsible for preparing quotes, proposals, sub-contractor agreements, site maps, and purchase orders.
Anna Jureczko, Administrative Assistant, has a blend of experience in business operations and administration. Her main responsibility at Let’s Pave is to support the president and his business development initiatives while also assisting sales and project management as needed. When Anna is not busy helping the company grow and expand, she enjoys volunteering at local community organizations. Anna earned a BS in Criminology and Sociology from Dominican University.
Tiffany Martini, Administrative Assistant, has over 15 years of office management, accounting, and administrative experience. Prior to joining Let’s Pave, she owned and operated a family business. Currently, Tiffany manages administrative efforts and provides support for the executive and project management staff based in Atlanta. One of her passions outside of work is participating in and supporting various nonprofit children’s organizations.
