This leading specialty department store knows it can ‘expect great things’ from Let’s Pave. That’s why, when faced with significant CapEx expenses on one of its locations in Arizona, they turned to us for help. Over the course of three weeks, Let’s Pave worked directly with corporate management, a local material manufacturer, and local producers to develop an alternative plan that would prolong the life of the pavement, without eating into the CapEx budget, for an additional four to five years.
In the first phase, a custom sealer mix was designed especially for this property’s severely oxidized pavement and its geographic location, which requires strong protection from the unrelenting Arizona sunshine. Additional phases will be completed over the course of the next few years.
