And, the Let’s Pave Difference is a shared vision by everyone at our company to provide a better experience and better value one client at a time, one day at a time. As we embark on the fourth quarter of our third year in operation, we wanted to share how this difference is impacting our business. Here’s where we stand—by the numbers:

Seven Years Ahead:

To date, we have achieved a 75% growth in national total sales year-over-year and in the number of jobs awarded to us, which has already led to exceeding our aggressive sales goal that we set at the beginning of the year. We have also hired new employees to maintain our high level of personalized service to every account. All of this has set the pace for our business to achieve at year-end the same sales numbers as what our partners projected for year ten—seven years ahead of schedule!

Fabulous Five:

Our company continues to be involved in community outreach benefiting both our local neighbors and folks globally. Whether as active participants in team events or behind-the-scenes in support of various initiatives, all of our employees help support non-profit organizations. Here are five of our favorites:

Three for Three:

Three factors which set us apart in our third year of business are as follows:

  1. We have a 40% higher hit rate than the industry average. We attain this because we buy materials and services better and we keep our overhead low to pass on savings to our clients.
  2. We can turn around quotes faster and complete jobs quicker than anyone else in the national model.
  3. We attract and retain the best and the most dedicated employees. Our employee retention rate since opening our doors is 95%.

One-hundred Percent:

This year, Let’s Pave has worked for every single customer that we had the pleasure of serving in both 2015 and 2016, which makes our customer retention rate a perfect 100%. C.B. Kuzlik, President & Founder, has over 20 years of experience in the paving industry building relationships and improving parking lot management practices. Prior to starting Let’s Pave, C.B. served as partner for a large national parking lot contractor and led their national business unit. He then spent two years developing national programs in the pavement maintenance division for the largest building and material supplier in the world. C.B.’s passion, energy, and enthusiasm for the paving industry are infused into Let’s Pave; through this business, he and his team are able to fill in the holes wherever they occur.
